Crack Slaw

One of my favorite low carb recipes is Crack Slaw! This is a super easy and cheap dinner that the whole family will love!


– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 pack of Dole Coleslaw mix

– Sesame oil

– Soy sauce

– Minced garlic

– Green onion

– Ground ginger


– Brown the beef and set aside. In a separate skillet, put in the sesame oil, minced garlic, and green onion and cook until tender. Add in the coleslaw and mix well. Drain the grease from the ground beef and combined with the coleslaw mix. Finish off with ground ginger, a little more sesame oil, and soy sauce.

That’s it, folks! A simple and easy meal made in approximately 20 minutes tops. Enjoy and let me know what you think! 🙂
