I am ALL about quick and easy when it comes to food. This Mississippi Pot-Roast is one of my favorite low-carb dinners, hands down. I will usually pair this with a salad if anything at all. I know I don’t write a whole lot when I post recipes, but I like to get right to it. 🙂
Ingredients
– chuck roast
– 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
– 1 packet of Au shu seasoning
– 1 stick of butter
– pepperoncinis
Directions
- Place the roast in your crock-pot
- Sprinkle ranch and au shu seasoning on top
- Top it off with 1 stick of butter and your pepperoncinis
- Add some of the juice from the pepperoncini jar in the crock-pot
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6 hours
