Mississippi Pot Roast

I am ALL about quick and easy when it comes to food. This Mississippi Pot-Roast is one of my favorite low-carb dinners, hands down. I will usually pair this with a salad if anything at all. I know I don’t write a whole lot when I post recipes, but I like to get right to it. 🙂 img_7241


– chuck roast

– 1 packet of ranch dressing mix

– 1 packet of Au shu seasoning

– 1 stick of butter

– pepperoncinis


  1. Place the roast in your crock-pot
  2. Sprinkle ranch and au shu seasoning on topimg_7510
  3. Top it off with 1 stick of butter and your pepperoncinis
  4. Add some of the juice from the pepperoncini jar in the crock-pot
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6 hours

That’s all there is to it, folks. Simple, easy, and a family favorite.
